Swimming Pool
Villager Pond offers a private pool facility with bathroom and changing facilities at the pool. There is no lifeguard, therefore children must be accompanied at all times by watchful adults.

Grounds Maintenance
The grounds of the Villager Pond Complex are professionally maintained and always enhanced for the season. Entering the complex is a delight to all.

Common Charges
Common Charges include all maintenance to the property and buildings that are exterior to the walls of your particular unit. This does not include your steps or patios, but does include the roof, building paintings, pool maintenance and garbage collection form the collection point within the complex.

Parking
All units include a one car garage, and one additonal parking space. There is assigned visitor parking for occasional use.
